What preparation is required before installing the shed?
We’ll level the shed and place concrete blocks between the joints, and you won’t pay anything extra for this! We don’t offer soil preparation services. The shed can’t be installed on slopes greater than 25 cm. A slab isn’t required, but the customer can choose to build one. If you choose a concrete or gravel base, let us know so we can provide the measurements.
We request 10% of the value of the shed to start construction and reserve the day of its installation in our schedule. You can pay by credit card, cash or check. The rest of the payment must be done on the day your shed is installed.
We request that you verify the need for the Permit at the Town Hall of your city. It is the costumer’s responsibility to consult the Town Hall and request permission before scheduling the installation date.
All our sheds are built and installed by Dino Sheds employees. Our team of carpenters and installers receive training and qualification, which allows us to have total control of the quality of service and efficiency of the installation of our sheds.
No. We build part of the shed in our company and we carry the disassembled walls to the installation site. We build the shed on-site. If there’s enough room to move, we can install your shed!
If you are buying a shed with us, we can remove the old shed for you. Get in touch with our sales teams for more information.
You do not need to be present during the entire installation process of your shed. It is only necessary to indicate the location where the shed will be installed and make the payment at the end of the installation.
We work on average for 4 to 5 hours at your home to install and complete the construction of your shed.
We level the shed and install the shed using concrete blocks, and you pay nothing more for that.
Don’t worry, our team will contact you the day before to confirm your arrival time at the installation site.
